Join us for the virtual Dash kick-off event online. You will also be able to view our Wellness Bash videos with tips on eating healthy, fun recipes to make, physical fitness, and more!

Dash Days

Complete your 5K or Virtual Kids Challenge any time between Saturday, April 24, 2021 - Saturday, May 1, 2021

All time submissions must be received by 11:59 p.m. on May 1, to be included in the published website results.

Location:

Anywhere! Due to social distancing and safety guidelines, the Madison Dash 5K & Wellness Bash is a virtual event this year. Bike, hike, walk or run... on a treadmill or in the great outdoors. YOU choose the time and location! Use an app to measure the distance or just get moving and have fun! After you complete your 5K, log your results on the Madison Dash 5K & Wellness Bash website!

Virtual Kids Challenge

We've added a virtual challenge for kids who don't want to complete the 5K or a Mini Dash 1K. YOU pick the time, location distance AND the challenge: walk, run, ride, jump rope, jumping jacks, push ups or sit ups! You can select one or more challenges and compete with friends or family members. After you complete your Kids Challenge, log your results and photos on the Madison Dash 5K & Wellness Bash website!
